Reformer Pilates

Foundation exercises with a focus on alignment and posture to strengthen and lengthen. Using a combination of the Pilates principles and some contemporary. favourites thrown in for fun.

Best place to start for those new to Pilates or returning after a time. The class is still challenging enough for advanced to refine technique. Suitable for Pre/Post Natal.

Reformer Plus

Ready to take it up a notch from our signature Reformer Pilates class? Then this class is for you! With a more frequent use of props and extra layering throughout your 45 minute practice, this class takes the control, centring and precision that you love from your 'Reformer Pilates' class and gives it an extra dose of challenge!

A step up from our signature 'Reformer Pilates' class, this class is for anyone wanting to advance their Reformer practice to a more progressive level.

Mat + Reformer Fusion

Join Nat for our BRAND NEW Mat and Reformer hybrid class that utilises the principles & repertoire from both forms of Pilates practice, to condition the body through the combination of body weight and resistance-based training.

Pre/Post Natal Pilates

A gentle and nurturing practice, designed to keep you moving through this special time. Expect to work on posture, and keeping strength throughout your pregnancy, whilst in a safe environment.

Suitable for pregnancy, post natal (6 weeks postpartum).
Babies welcome.

MAT BASED CLASSES 〰️

Studio Pilates

A 50-minute Pilates class, using specialised apparatus including the Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, the Ped-A-Pul and the Spring Wall. There will be a maximum of 4 people per session where you will be guided through a series of exercises on each piece of equipment.

Due to the intimate nature of this class, exercises are more tailored to each individual’s level of ability and needs.

The perfect choice for those aiding an injury or dealing with pain consistently.

Functional Mat

Our 'Functional Mat' class takes the principles of Pilates - concentration, control, centring, flow, precision and breathing- and adds the challenge of small props to include functional strength and resistance training into your Matwork practice. A seamless combination of bodyweight & small apparatus exercises will target all the right places and will leave you feeling lengthened, strengthened & ready to take on whatever your day throws at you.

Barre

A blend of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet Barre moves designed to leave you feeling tight, toned and lengthened. You will feel graceful and strong yet feel the burn with plenty of small isometric moves, pulses and exercises combined to change the shape of your body, a plie at a time.

Suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of options to suit your body.

Autumn Yoga Classes - running Saturday March 1st through until Saturday May 31st.

Yin + Sound Bath

Give yourself permission to drop into a meditative state at the end of your busy day. Each yin pose is held for 3-4 mins and accompanied by sound healing instruments to help deepen into relaxation.

All levels are welcome.

 

 

Release & Renew

2025 is the year of the snake. Join Ange and Lucas every Sunday for a flow class that is based around the "shedding of the skin", releasing and letting go. With brand new sequences to reflect the renewal of energy, this class is the perfect Sunday practice before tackling a new week.

Pranayama Flow

This 60 minute Pranayama Flow class gives you the space to drop in, reset and move to the rhythm of your breath. The class will begin and end with Pranayama techniques that aim to cultivate a sense of balance and ease. Combining pranayama (breathwork) practices and mindfully sequenced asana flow, you’re sure to leave feeling calm and steady.

 

Yoga Dynamics

Where mindful movement meets deeper connection.

This class blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with a strong focus on precise alignment, helping you build a safer, stronger practice while also exploring the dynamics of Yoga.

Yin + Meditation

Our Yin + Meditation class is designed to provide you with 60-minutes of rest & recovery. This class is bookended with mindful meditation, complimenting the restorative movement practice at the centre of the class to release and unlock any tight points, setting you up both physically and mentally for a new week.
