Matwork & Reformer Bundle
The Professional Pilates Matwork Instruction is an introduction to the Pilates method, the concepts and principles and the traditional matwork. The Professional Pilates Reformer Instruction is designed to teach you how to instruct basic through to intermediate reformer exercises whilst applying the concepts and principles of the Pilates Method . At the same time, you will learn to create fun and challenging sequences suitable to both the male and female body.
Upon successful completion you will receive 9 statements of attainment pertaining to Matwork and Reformer instruction, articulating directly into the Diploma of professional Pilates Instruction (10838NAT).
Both the Professional Pilates Matwork Instruction and the Professional Pilates Reformer Instruction pathways are evidence based curriculums that are government accredited and industry endorsed by Auscative, ESSA and Pilates Alliance Australasia.
