Lauren Angel
Lauren is one half of the duo who have created Alive. A mother of 4 young girls she knows how challenging it can be to put yourself first at times.
Cecily Hemphill
Cecily has been teaching with Alive since June 2020 and became the new co-owner of Alive Yoga Pilates alongside Lauren at the start of 2022.
